Offering primitive, hand painted reproduction wood crafts, furniture, stitcheries & dolls. Out of the Woods was born out of the imagination and talents this couple used to provide family and friends with unique gifts and handcrafted furniture for nearly 30 years. Since opening in 1996 the company has grown to offer over 100 handcrafted furnishings and gifts reminiscent of yesteryear.

With a love of history, this business now resides at the site of an historic home and museum in rural Oregon. In this setting Dennis' unique wood items and old fashioned furniture, along with Judy's hand embroidered pillows, samplers and hand crafted dolls reflect their love of gentler days and times passed. It is their hope that these timeless treasures evoke those same memories in all who share them.
